The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, offering exceptional strength and reduced weight. Its advanced profile is designed to maximize flow characteristics, improving overall engine performance. A specialized German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reducing friction and providing superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous testing using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench analysis to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction. Made in the USA, this valve represents the pinnacle of engine valve technology.
