The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, ensuring lightweight strength and exceptional flow characteristics. This valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002". This innovative treatment enhances wear properties, minimizes friction, and delivers corrosion and wear resistance surpassing chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve benefits from Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software during the design phase, and its profiles are meticulously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance.
