Description
Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves are CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 stainless steel. This lightweight yet strong design features profiles optimized for excellent flow characteristics. A special German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", with a 0.0002" surface buildup. This significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides exceptional corrosion and wear resistance that surpasses chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design and testing using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, with profiles verified on a computerized flow bench. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability. Made in the USA, Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves deliver unparalleled quality and performance for demanding applications.
