Description
The Khrome Werks Hideaway Header system reduces heat transmission by routing exhaust under the frame instead of under the seat. Featuring 1-3/4" 16-gauge mandrel bent and interconnected headers, this 2-into-2 system is meticulously engineered for optimal performance. The front pipe crosses over to the left side and securely mounts to the transmission oil pan. The crossunder pipe, formed from 1-7/8" tubing, provides increased ground clearance without sacrificing cross-sectional area. This lighter system enhances exhaust flow, resulting in increased top-end power compared to the factory setup. The hidden linear crossover maximizes top-end horsepower and improves low-end torque, while also dampening sound. All necessary hardware is included for a straightforward installation.
