Description

The Khrome Werks Aggressor header system reduces heat transmission to the rider and passenger by routing the exhaust under the frame instead of under the seat, providing a more comfortable riding experience. This lighter system delivers enhanced exhaust flow, resulting in increased top-end power compared to the factory system. Featuring 1-3/4" 16-gauge mandrel bent, interconnected headers with 220° full-coverage heat shields, this system ensures durability and optimal performance. The front pipe crosses over to the left side and is securely mounted to the transmission oil pan. The crossover pipe, formed from 1-7/8" tubing, increases ground clearance and eliminates cross-sectional area loss. A hidden interconnect maximizes top-end horsepower, improves low-end torque, and dampens sound. This system is compatible with '95-'16 OEM-style dresser mufflers.
