Description

The Khrome Werks 2-Into-2 Crossover Header System is designed for enthusiasts seeking maximum performance and a deep, rich exhaust note. Featuring enlarged, interconnected 1-3/4" to 1-7/8" high-flow, 16-gauge stepped primary headers, this system optimizes exhaust flow to enhance both horsepower and low-end torque. The full 2" left-side crossover integrates seamlessly with the 4-1/2" muffler bodies, which have 2" inlets, ensuring efficient exhaust scavenging. The 2-1/2", 220° heat shields provide protection and style. The removable baffles are meticulously wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temperature fiberglass, delivering a mellow and powerful tone. Integrated 18 mm and 12 mm O2 bungs are welded into the primaries for precise tuning. Installation is simplified with the included heavy-duty AccuSeal® reaction-block header-to-muffler clamps, ensuring a secure and leak-free connection. For those craving even more aggressive performance, optional Ripper baffles are available separately.
