Description
The K&N KN170C oil filter is engineered with a premium synthetic filter media that's specifically designed to handle the demands of synthetic racing oils and high-performance applications. Its large filter media area ensures high-flow rates while maintaining excellent filtration efficiency. The uniform pleated synthetic filter media provides high capacity and outstanding filtration, trapping harmful contaminants. The heavy-duty canister and base plate are built to withstand high pressures, and the double-rolled seal offers added protection against leaks. The pre-lubed base gasket ensures a tight, reliable seal for easy installation. A check valve/anti-drain back valve prevents oil drain-back and dry starts, providing immediate lubrication and minimizing engine wear. The convenient 17 mm hex nut, pre-drilled for safety wire security, allows for quick and easy removal.
