Specifically designed to manage the rapid acceleration and extreme torque fluctuations of modern high-performance vehicles, the G-Force RedLine™ drive belt utilizes Gates’ patented fiber-reinforced EE (ethyl elastomer) compound. This advanced material provides exceptional transverse stiffness and heat resistance, ensuring consistent performance even under the most grueling conditions. Expect 75% improved dynamic axial stiffness and a 50% reduction in speed losses at temperatures up to 338°F (170°C). The high-tensile aramid cord layer, combined with a specialized adhesion gum, maximizes acceleration, shock load resistance, and overall service life. The rounded bottom cogs feature a fabric cog jacket for smooth shifting and enhanced abrasion resistance. Designed with the environment in mind, this belt is manufactured without chlorinated compounds.
