Specifically designed for rapid acceleration and high variable torque loads, the G-Force RedLine™ utilizes Gates' patented fiber-reinforced EE (ethyl elastomer) compound. This advanced material provides exceptional transverse stiffness and heat resistance, ensuring optimal performance even under the most punishing conditions. The high-tensile aramid cord layer, combined with a specially formulated adhesion gum, maximizes acceleration and shock load resistance, extending the belt's service life. The fabric cog jacket on the rounded bottom cogs promotes smooth shifting and increased abrasion resistance. Rigorously tested, this drive belt exhibits 75% better dynamic axial stiffness and 50% lower speed losses at temperatures up to 338°F (170°C) compared to standard belts.
