Description
Specifically designed to withstand the rapid acceleration and high variable torque loads of next-generation platforms, the G-Force RedLine™ Drive Belt utilizes Gates' patented fiber-reinforced EE (ethyl elastomer) compound. This advanced material provides maximum transverse stiffness and heat resistance, resulting in 75% better dynamic axial stiffness and 50% lower speed losses at temperatures up to 338°F (170°C). The high-tensile aramid cord layer, combined with a specially-formulated adhesion gum, maximizes acceleration and shock load resistance, extending the belt's overall service life. A fabric cog jacket on rounded bottom cogs ensures smooth shifting and increased abrasion resistance. Manufactured without chlorinated compounds, the G-Force RedLine™ minimizes environmental impact, all while maximizing performance for demanding applications.
