Built with Gates' patented fiber-reinforced EE (ethyl elastomer) compound, the G-Force RedLine™ drive belt provides exceptional transverse stiffness and heat resistance. This advanced construction results in a 75% improvement in dynamic axial stiffness and a 50% reduction in speed losses, even at temperatures reaching up to 338°F (170°C). The high-tensile aramid cord layer, combined with a specially formulated adhesion gum, maximizes acceleration, withstands shock loads, and extends the belt's service life. The fabric cog jacket on the rounded bottom cogs promotes smooth shifting and enhances abrasion resistance. Furthermore, the belt is manufactured without chlorinated compounds, minimizing its environmental impact, making it a responsible choice for performance enthusiasts.
