Description

The Drag Specialties Premium Shocks feature nitrogen-charged steel monotube damper bodies paired with hard chrome-plated shafts. These shocks provide consistent damping performance and long-lasting durability. The dual-rate progressive wound springs ensure a smooth and comfortable ride, absorbing bumps and vibrations effectively. You can easily adjust the spring preload to match your riding style and load. The ride height adjustability allows for +/- 0.5" of fine-tuning. Note that shocks shorter than the OE length will have reduced travel, which may affect ride quality and handling. Lowering the motorcycle will reduce ground and cornering clearance. These black shocks feature black springs and damper bodies with black end caps/eyelets. Installation is straightforward using existing hardware.

Important to know

Before purchasing or attempting to install shocks that are different than the OEM length, confirm that your wheel travel can be altered without causing clearance issues such as swingarm/axle to exhaust contact, as well as chain/belt guard or tire contact. OE upper shock mount covers will not fit with these shocks. Not for use with rear lowering kits. May require custom mounting on models that have OEM-style offset mount shocks.
