The Drag Specialties OptiMate 5 is a fully sealed 12V 4A battery saving charger and maintainer, designed to keep your motorcycle battery in peak condition. This versatile charger is suitable for all types of 12V powersport batteries, ensuring reliable starting power whenever you need it.
Description
The OptiMate 5's advanced multi-step charging program automatically diagnoses, recovers, charges, and maintains your battery. It effectively rescues deeply discharged batteries, starting from as low as 0.5 volts, and restores them to full capacity. The charger then transitions into a maintenance mode, providing long-term battery care. Its IP54-rated sealed enclosure guarantees reliable performance even in harsh conditions, withstanding temperatures as low as -40°C. Simply connect the OptiMate 5 and forget it, knowing your battery is always ready for action. This charging system works with lead-acid (Pb) 12V powersport battery types including STD (with filler caps) and sealed VRLA such as AGM & GEL.
