This heavy-duty axle features components that are 20-30% larger than standard heavy-duty axles, providing significantly enhanced strength. The CNC-machined and micro-polished internal components ensure smooth operation and reduced friction. The re-engineered cage design further enhances durability, contributing to a longer lifespan. Manufactured entirely from high-strength 4340 chromoly steel, the Demon X-Treme Axle is built to handle the toughest conditions. A unique boot design optimizes heat reduction based on riding terrain, while dual heat-treated axle components provide exceptional strength. With a swing angle of up to 47°, this axle provides excellent flexibility and articulation for challenging trails. It's designed for front right mounting positions.
