Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Complete Axle is built to withstand the rigors of lifted vehicles and extreme off-road use. Featuring a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding even at wide articulation angles. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, while the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing a significant boost in strength. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts and featuring thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle is engineered for longevity and performance. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material, ensuring precise fitment and reliable operation. This complete axle fits 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms of particular brands.
