Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Complete Axle features a robust design with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge configuration, preventing binding during extreme suspension travel. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel, these shafts offer exceptional durability and resistance to torsional stress. The axles boast a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, further enhancing their strength. With a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size compared to regular joints, the Demon axle is built to last. The inner cage is made from 4340 chromoly material, precision CNC machined for exacting tolerances. Furthermore, Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease ensures long-lasting protection and smooth operation. This axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands.
