Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Complete Axle features a robust design that prevents binding, thanks to its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design. With a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size, this axle is built to handle increased loads and stresses. The dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts and inner cage made of 4340 chromoly material guarantee exceptional durability. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide superior protection and lubrication. Precision CNC machining ensures precise fitment and reliable operation. Compatible with 2", 3", 4" and 5" bracket lifts/portal gear lifts/a-arms of particular brands, this axle is a versatile upgrade for your machine.
