The Demon Heavy-Duty Complete Axle is designed with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, which prevents binding, even under extreme stress. Compatible with 2", 3", 4" and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms of particular brands, this axle offers versatile fitment options. Featuring a 10% - 15% increase in CV joint size and a 15% - 20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, it delivers unmatched durability. Dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots ensure long-lasting performance, while the high-load molybdenum grease packed within the boots provides optimal lubrication.
