Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is meticulously crafted to deliver exceptional durability and performance. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, ensuring smooth operation even under extreme stress. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing significantly enhanced strength. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and a 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle is designed for maximum resilience. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offer superior protection against the elements and reduce friction. Precision CNC machining ensures exact tolerances and a perfect fit. This axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, making it a versatile upgrade for various setups.
