Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to overcome the limitations of OEM axles, especially when running bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or aftermarket A-arms. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design effectively prevent binding, ensuring smooth power delivery through the roughest terrain. Featuring a significant increase in CV joint size (10%-15%) and axle diameter (15%-20%) compared to OEM, this axle handles increased torque and stress with ease. Manufactured from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, the shafts offer exceptional durability. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots filled with high-load molybdenum grease provide superior protection and lubrication. The precision CNC machined inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material, guarantees precise fitment and reliable performance.
