The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to handle extreme articulation angles and features a dual plunge design that eliminates binding, even under severe stress. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from select brands, this axle offers versatile fitment options. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, it boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% larger CV joint size. The inner cage is crafted from robust 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined for exceptional accuracy. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide superior protection and lubrication. The Demon axle delivers unparalleled strength and longevity to your off-road vehicle.
