The Demon heavy-duty axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, preventing binding even under extreme stress. This complete axle is constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, offering a significant increase in diameter (15%-20%) compared to OEM axles. The CV joints are also enhanced, with a 10%-15% increase in size compared to regular joints. TPEE (thermoplastic polyester elastomer) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure long-lasting protection and smooth operation. The inner cage, made from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, guarantees precise fitment and exceptional strength. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, this axle delivers unmatched versatility and ruggedness.
