Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features a robust design with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge mechanism, effectively preventing binding, especially when using bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or aftermarket A-arms ranging from 2" to 5". Boasting a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, this axle is significantly stronger and more durable. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts, and featuring thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle provides exceptional wear resistance and longevity. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material for ultimate strength and precise fitment, ensuring smooth and reliable power transfer on any terrain. The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is finished in black and raw material.
