Description

The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle offers enhanced durability and articulation for modified vehicles. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, even under extreme conditions. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles. The CV joints are also upgraded with a 10%-15% increase in size. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure long-lasting protection and smooth operation. Precision CNC machining and an inner cage made of 4340 chromoly material guarantee a precise fit and exceptional strength. This complete axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms of particular brands, making it a versatile choice for various custom setups.
