Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features a robust design with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge mechanism, preventing binding even under extreme suspension travel. This axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from various brands, offering versatile fitment options. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% larger CV joint size. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure maximum protection and longevity. Precision CNC machining and an inner cage made from 4340 chromoly material guarantee exceptional precision and resilience.
