Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features a wide articulation angle and dual plunge design, effectively preventing binding even under extreme suspension travel. This axle is built to accommodate 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from select brands, offering versatile compatibility for modified vehicles. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% larger CV joint size, dramatically enhancing its durability. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material for added strength. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide excellent protection and lubrication, ensuring long-lasting performance.
