Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features a wide articulation angle and dual plunge design, eliminating binding and ensuring smooth operation even with significant suspension travel. This axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from select brands, providing versatile fitment options for modified vehicles. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, and a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size for enhanced strength. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material for ultimate precision and longevity. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offer superior protection against the elements and ensure consistent lubrication.
