Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design that prevents binding, ensuring smooth operation through challenging terrain. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle boasts a 15% - 20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles. The CV joints are also enhanced, offering a 10% - 15% increase in size compared to regular joints for added durability. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protect the inner components. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material. This axle is designed to fit 2", 3", 4" and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms of particular brands.
