Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is built to handle the increased stress of modified vehicles. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design prevent binding, ensuring smooth power delivery. The axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and select A-arms. Featuring a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, this heavy-duty axle provides unmatched durability. Dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts and a 4340 chromoly inner cage deliver maximum strength and resistance to wear. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offer superior protection against the elements. Precision CNC machining ensures perfect fit and reliable performance.
