Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, preventing binding and ensuring smooth operation throughout the suspension travel. This complete axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms from various brands, offering versatile fitment options. Featuring a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, this axle provides enhanced strength and longevity. The dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts guarantee exceptional resistance to stress and wear. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protect the joints from contaminants and ensure optimal lubrication.
