Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features a robust design with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge mechanism, effectively preventing binding during extreme suspension travel. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from select brands, this axle offers versatile integration with various lift configurations. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, the Demon axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, providing exceptional durability. Furthermore, the CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, enhancing their load-bearing capacity. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure long-lasting protection and lubrication. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, further reinforces the axle's strength and precision.
