The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is meticulously crafted to withstand the rigors of off-road adventures. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, ensuring smooth and consistent power delivery. The axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from select brands, offering versatile integration options. Boasting a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, this heavy-duty axle provides exceptional strength and longevity. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and a 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle is built to last. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protect the joints from contaminants and ensure optimal lubrication. Each axle is precision CNC machined for exacting tolerances and reliable performance. Finished in a durable black and raw finish for corrosion resistance and visual appeal.
