Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, effectively preventing binding even under extreme suspension travel. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms from various brands, this axle provides versatility for customized setups. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, it offers exceptional resistance to torsional stress and impact. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, while the axle diameter sees a 15%-20% increase over OEM axles, adding significant strength. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure optimal lubrication and protection against wear and tear. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, guarantees precise fitment and long-lasting performance.
