Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features a dual plunge design that prevents binding, even at wide articulation angles. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, this axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, enhancing its overall durability. The CV joints are also significantly larger, with a 10%-15% increase in size compared to regular joints. Furthermore, the inner cage is crafted from robust 4340 chromoly material, ensuring exceptional strength and longevity. Precision CNC machining guarantees exact tolerances and a perfect fit. These axles are compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts and a-arms. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease keep the axle lubricated and protected from the elements.
