Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, offering a significant increase in diameter (15%-20%) compared to OEM axles. This enhanced durability allows it to handle the increased stress from modified suspensions and larger tires. The axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, preventing binding and ensuring smooth operation. The CV joints are also significantly larger (10%-15%) than standard, further enhancing their strength and longevity. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease ensure optimal lubrication and protection against the elements. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, contributes to the axle's overall robustness and precise fitment. This heavy-duty axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, providing versatility for customized setups.
