Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, eliminating binding even under extreme suspension travel. Its robust construction allows compatibility with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from select brands. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material for enhanced strength and tighter tolerances. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure long-lasting protection against contaminants and wear.
