Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design that effectively prevents binding, even under extreme suspension travel. This axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms from various brands, offering versatile installation options. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts and featuring a 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle provides exceptional durability. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots are packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensuring smooth operation and extended service life. Precision CNC machining guarantees precise fitment and reliable performance. Compared to regular joints, CV joint size is increased by 10%-15%, and diameter is increased by 15%-20% over OEM axles.
