Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to overcome the limitations of OEM axles, offering a significant upgrade in both strength and durability. Featuring wider articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle eliminates binding, even when used with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or specific A-arms. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing substantial improvements in load-bearing capacity and overall resilience. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and equipped with thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle is built to withstand extreme conditions. The inner cage is crafted from robust 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined for optimal fit and function. Installation is straightforward, ensuring a seamless upgrade to your vehicle's drivetrain.
