Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to withstand the rigors of lifted suspensions and portal gear lifts. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design eliminate binding, ensuring smooth power delivery. Featuring CV joints that are 10% - 15% larger than standard, and a shaft diameter increased by 15% - 20% compared to OEM axles, this axle offers unparalleled strength. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, and protected by thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle promises longevity and reliability. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, guarantees precise fitment and optimal performance. Upgrade to Demon and conquer any terrain with confidence.
