Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is built to handle the stress of modified suspensions and aggressive driving. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design prevent binding, even when using 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or aftermarket A-arms. Featuring CV joints that are 10%-15% larger than standard joints and an axle diameter increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, this axle delivers unmatched durability. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and protected by thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, the Demon axle offers exceptional resistance to wear and tear. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material for enhanced strength and longevity. This rear left heavy-duty axle is finished in black and raw chromoly steel.
