Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is built to handle the increased demands of modified vehicles. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design prevent binding, ensuring smooth power delivery even at extreme angles. Featuring a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size, this axle provides unmatched strength and longevity. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms of particular brands, this axle offers versatile fitment options. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and featuring thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle delivers exceptional performance and protection against wear and tear. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material for ultimate precision and reliability. Installation is straightforward, providing a direct replacement for your existing axle.
