Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle boasts a robust design that significantly outperforms OEM axles. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel, this axle features a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to stock, providing exceptional durability. The innovative dual plunge design and wide articulation angles prevent binding, even under extreme conditions. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard, further enhancing strength and longevity. Fitted with Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, and an inner cage crafted from 4340 chromoly material, this axle is built to last. Precision CNC machining ensures exact tolerances and a perfect fit. Compatible with 2", 3", 4" and 5" bracket lifts/portal gear lifts/a-arms of particular brands.
