The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed with a dual plunge feature to prevent binding during aggressive maneuvers. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size compared to regular joints, ensuring exceptional durability. It's compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from various brands. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots are packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protecting the precision CNC machined inner cage made from 4340 chromoly material.
