Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is built to handle extreme angles and high-stress environments. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design prevent binding, even when used with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or A-arms from various brands. Featuring CV joints that are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and a shaft diameter 15%-20% greater than OEM axles, this axle delivers unmatched durability. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel with a 4340 chromoly inner cage and precision CNC machining, this axle is designed for enthusiasts and professionals pushing their machines to the limit. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots are packed with high-load molybdenum grease to provide exceptional protection against wear and tear.
