Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is built to handle the increased stress of lifted vehicles and portal gear lifts. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design prevent binding, ensuring smooth power delivery. Featuring a 15% - 20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, and a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size, this axle provides exceptional durability. The axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and aftermarket A-arms. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and a 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle is precision CNC machined for optimal performance. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure long-lasting protection against the elements.
