Description

Upgrade your vehicle with the Demon Heavy-Duty Axle, designed to handle the increased stress of modified suspensions. This complete axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design to eliminate binding, accommodating 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and select A-arms. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing substantial strength gains. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, these axles are precision CNC machined for exceptional accuracy and longevity. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure reliable protection and lubrication in harsh environments. The inner cage is crafted from robust 4340 chromoly material, further enhancing the axle’s overall durability. Easy to install, this heavy-duty axle delivers unmatched performance and reliability for serious off-road enthusiasts.
