Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is engineered to withstand extreme loads and articulation angles, preventing binding and ensuring smooth operation. Featuring a dual plunge design, this axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from select brands, offering versatile fitment options. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, providing exceptional durability. The CV joints are also enhanced, with a 10%-15% increase in size compared to standard joints. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure long-lasting protection against the elements. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material for maximum strength and reliability. Installation is straightforward, providing a direct replacement for your existing axle.
