Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is built to withstand extreme stress, featuring a robust design that prevents binding even at wide articulation angles. Its dual plunge design ensures smooth operation, while the increased CV joint size (10%-15% larger than regular joints) and a 15%-20% diameter increase over OEM axles significantly boost overall strength. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, this axle offers exceptional resistance to bending and breakage. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots protect the assembly from contaminants, and high-load molybdenum grease ensures consistent lubrication and long-lasting performance. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, further enhances the axle's reliability. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and select A-arms.
