Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, providing exceptional durability and resistance to breakage. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, even under extreme conditions. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, significantly enhancing overall strength. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease protect the joints from contaminants and ensure smooth operation. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, further contributes to the axle's robustness. This heavy-duty axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from particular brands, making it a versatile upgrade for a range of vehicles. Installation is straightforward, offering a direct fit replacement for your OEM axle.
