Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, preventing binding and ensuring smooth operation even at extreme angles. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle offers exceptional strength and resistance to wear. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing a significant boost in overall strength and longevity. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots protect the joints, packed with high-load molybdenum grease for superior lubrication and reduced friction. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, further enhances the axle's robustness and precision.
